If you need to keep the linens longer than 7 days, please contact our Customer Service Department. Our team will check availability to extend your rental for an additional rental fee.
All linen rental inquiries are entered as a quote.
To confirm the quote, payment in full/an email confirmation is required to complete the confirmation process. Confirmation must be made before 12pm the day prior to the delivery date on the quote. The delivery date reflects the date the order will be either Shipped out or Will Called.
Please note - we do not hold the inventory until the order is confirmed.
Last minute orders are subject to availability and may incur expedited Shipping fees.
Can I make changes to a confirmed order?
Additions can only be made, up to 12PM the day prior to the order Will Call/Ship Date.
No downcounts can be made once an order is confirmed/paid in full.
Once an order is confirmed/paid in full the order cannot be canceled or downcounted.
Rental Protection Plan (RPP)
RPP covers any unforeseen need to cancel or downcount a confirmed rental order. RPP is 5% of the subtotal for orders over $250 or a flat rate of $12.50 for orders under $250.
Must be accepted or declined upon confirmation.
Cannot be modified once order is confirmed.
Covers the rental costs only.
Cancelations or downcounts can be made up to 12PM the day prior to the order being Shipped/Delivered.
Canceled or downcounted orders will have the rental credit on their account for future use.
Orders that have been Shipped/Delivered are not eligible for RRP credit.
When placing a purchase order, please inquire with our local Customer Service or Sales Department, so they can confirm with our Manufacturing Department on our scheduling and fabric availability.
Once a purchase order is confirmed you cannot cancel or make changes to your purchase invoice.
All purchases are made to order; therefore, ALL sales are final.
