Order Policies
How We Work
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Our standard rental period is up to seven days.
All Shipped orders are sent in our custom eco-friendly black canvas bags for easy handling and transport.
All Delivered orders include linen bags for after the event striking and returns.
All linens have an RFID tag that is scanned prior to transit and upon return. All non-tagged items are manually counted.
Rental Order must be returned the first business day after the event.
Items not returned within the rental period, missing, or damaged may incur additional fees.
Rental Orders
50% Deposit to confirm.
Within (7) days from ship date invoice is final, no refunds or credits will be issued.
Additions prior to ship date subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
Cancellation Policy
Downcounts/cancellations up to (7) days prior to ship date.
Within (7) days from ship date you will incur loss of deposit.
Orders that require manufacturing to fulfill cannot be downcounted/cancelled upon confirmation.
Sale Orders
For purchase orders, please contact your local GBS office for fabric availability.
All purchases are made to order; therefore, once fabric has been ordered or manufactured it cannot be cancelled.
