Order Policies

How We Work

• Orders are processed in the order they are received.
• Our standard rental period is up to seven days.
• All Shipped orders are sent in our custom eco-friendly black canvas bags for easy handling and transport.
• All Delivered orders include linen bags for after the event striking and returns.
• All linens have an RFID tag that is scanned prior to transit and upon return. All non-tagged items are manually counted.
• Rental Order must be returned the first business day after the event.
• Items not returned within the rental period, missing, or damaged may incur additional fees.

Rental Orders

• 50% Deposit to confirm.
• Within (7) days from ship date invoice is final, no refunds or credits will be issued.
• Additions prior to ship date subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

Cancellation Policy

• Downcounts/cancellations up to (7) days prior to ship date.
• Within (7) days from ship date you will incur loss of deposit.
• Orders that require manufacturing to fulfill cannot be downcounted/cancelled upon confirmation.

Sale Orders

• For purchase orders, please contact your local GBS office for fabric availability.
• All purchases are made to order; therefore, once fabric has been ordered or manufactured it cannot be cancelled.
