For over three decades GBS has been providing rental linens and accessories
to the hospitality industry. We house one of the largest inventories
throughout our six facilities nationwide. With our Trade Account Perks
Program, we work with our hospitality customers to provide quality
fabrics, competitive wholesale pricing, and RFID technology to ensure
accurate and timely delivery of your orders.
How We Work
- Orders are processed in the order they are received.
- Our standard rental period is up to seven days.
- All Shipped orders are sent in our custom eco-friendly black canvas bags for easy handling and transport.
- All Delivered orders include linen bags for after the event striking and returns.
- All linens have an RFID tag that is scanned prior to transit and upon return. All non-tagged items are manually counted.
- Rental Order must be returned the first business day after the event.
- Items not returned within the rental period, missing items, or damaged items are subject to additional fees.
