Our linen rental service makes it easy to get high-quality linens without the hassle of ownership.
- Select Your Linens – Choose from a wide range of sheets, towels, and specialty linens to suit your business or event needs.
- Scheduled Delivery – We deliver your selected linens directly to your location on the agreed schedule.
- Use and Return – Enjoy fresh linens for the rental period. Once finished, schedule a pickup, and we’ll handle cleaning and restocking.
We carry one of the industry’s most extensive line of table linens in five facilities across the nation. The depth and breadth of our inventory can satisfy the varying budget and design needs of your most discerning clients. Most importantly, we’re proud of the quality of our products and our innovative use of RFID technology to ensure accurate and timely delivery of your orders.
For over four decades GBS Linens has been providing rental linens to the party rental, events, & hospitality industry. We house one of the largest inventories throughout our five facilities nationwide. With our Trade Account Perks Program, we work with our customers to provide quality fabrics, competitive wholesale pricing, and RFID technology to ensure accurate and timely delivery of your orders.
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Our standard rental period is up to seven days.
All Shipped orders are sent in our custom eco-friendly black canvas bags for easy handling and transport.
All Delivered orders include bags for after the event striking and returns.
All items have an RFID tag that is scanned prior to transit and upon return. All non-tagged items are manually counted.
Rental Order must be returned the first business day after the event.
Items not returned within the rental period, missing items, or damaged items are subject to additional fees.
