At GBS, our success is built on the dedication and commitment of the incredible people who make up our team. This month, we’re proud to recognize Araceli R., our Office Manager, who is celebrating 19 years with GBS.
For nearly two decades, Araceli has been a cornerstone of our organization. As Office Manager, she plays a vital role in keeping daily operations organized and running smoothly while supporting both our team members and business processes behind the scenes. Throughout her time with GBS, she has witnessed the company grow and evolve, and her contributions have been an important part of that journey every step of the way.

☕ What’s your go-to drink to power through the day?
Coffee is my go-to fuel. Whether I’m managing a busy schedule, helping solve problems, or jumping between projects, a good cup of coffee keeps me energized and ready for whatever comes next.
🏕️ What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I love being outdoors and spending time in nature, but I also enjoy a few comforts along the way. Glamping gives me the best of both worlds, the opportunity to disconnect, relax, enjoy the scenery, and still have a cozy place to unwind at the end of the day.
🎢 How do you recharge after a busy week?
Spending time with my family is what helps me recharge the most. Most weekends are dedicated to making memories with my family, especially my 6-year-old son. We enjoy visiting theme parks, exploring local parks, and finding new adventures together. Whether we’re riding roller coasters, running around a playground, or simply enjoying a day out, those moments remind me of what matters most.

One of the biggest lessons Araceli has learned throughout her career is that success comes from teamwork, adaptability, and supporting one another. She enjoys helping others and contributing to a positive workplace culture where everyone can thrive.
Reflecting on her nearly 20 years with GBS, Araceli shares that it has been incredibly rewarding to be part of the company’s growth. She is grateful for the relationships, experiences, and memories she has gained along the way.
