- Our standard rental period is up to seven days.
- Shipped orders are sent in reusable canvas bags for convenient handling and transport.
- Delivered orders include bags for post-event return.
- RFID-tagged items are scanned prior to transit and upon return; non-tagged items are manually counted.
- Rental orders must be returned according to the agreed rental schedule.
- Late, missing, or damaged items may be subject to additional fees.
